Information you provide
Enquiries may include company and contact details, product information and technical files. Provide only what is necessary and what you have permission to share.
Use and delivery
Information is used to discuss requirements and process quotation enquiries. Disabled forms do not confirm receipt by VNP. Local test enquiries remain on the website host and are not delivered to VNP.
Storage and services
When configured, enquiries are sent to the receiving service. Retention periods and providers must be updated before live submissions are enabled. The contact page embeds Google Maps; your browser connects to Google when a map loads. Phone, email and map links may also open external services. Please refer to the respective providers’ privacy policies.
Traffic measurement
Internal statistics count page views, language, device categories, referral categories and contact interactions. The counter uses a random 30-minute session cookie, without storing IP addresses or identifying visitors. Events and sessions remain for approximately 48 hours until cleanup; daily, page, category and interaction statistics for 400 days; cumulative totals are retained. Recognised bots, signed-in admins and DNT/GPC requests are excluded. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
VNP Assistant
The automated assistant uses FAQs managed by VNP. Questions are processed on this website’s server, are not sent to an external AI service and are not stored as CMS chat logs. Each tab keeps up to 24 exchanges in sessionStorage; the saved conversation expires after 30 minutes without an update and can be cleared with Start again or by closing the tab. The functional vnp_assistant cookie lasts 30 minutes and helps limit request frequency. When tracking is enabled, only daily counts of answers, clarifications and unhandled questions by language and FAQ ID are kept for 400 days. Signed-in admins, recognised bots and DNT/GPC requests are excluded. Please do not enter confidential documents or sensitive personal information. Prices, lead times and order terms must be confirmed directly with VNP.
